How you should avoid scams like mSpy?

mSpy cell phone tracker claimed to be a complete monitoring app for mobile but in fact, working very badly.

The company is using a few sales methods you should be aware of and stay away from when you encounter such methods:

  • When you try to contact by chat there isn’t an option to get any customer support, only a bot.
  • When you contact them for pre-sale questions by email they direct you with a unique link URL to chat with sales.
  • The salesperson will try his best to sell you a package even too much.
  • The salesperson will offer packages for a few months, they will not have any trial way to test the app.
  • If you will have doubts the salesperson will offer a few discounts: from 15%-40% discount.
  • If you ask about a trial he will answer about a 14-day refund – when you want to use it they will ignore it.
  • The purchase options are limited only to credit cards, no PayPal or similar where your credit card is hidden from the merchant and you can complain if there are any issues.
  • Before purchasing check if there are social accounts, and check if you can send messages. scammers like mSpy blocking the option to get messages.
  • Check posts for disappointed clients, and read what other clients are writing about the service.
  • If you check some social accounts like Facebook from your mobile app, you can see that posts have 20 replies but when you open there are only 5, that’s is a big warning that they delete messages and hide information about them.

I hope I was helpful, please share so others will know to stay away and keep their money safe.

If you experienced other methods please share in the commnets.
